ABOUT US
Scenic Route Models designs and creates all their own Laser Cut MDF kits, buildings and accessories specifically focusing on OO Gauge for Model Railways and 20mm Miniature Wargaming. Designed and made in Britain, these kits are made from 2mm and 3mm MDF as well as using Plywood and Card.
Scenic Route Models currently undertake a handful of shows, please get in touch with us to find out where we are trading. Please be in touch should you wish to see us at any other shows not already on the list.
Dispatch Times

We endeavor to have all items posted within 5 working days, however at peak times this may extend to 10 working days. Any custom work will have a turnaround time indicated when quoted.
Orders to the UK will be sent by Royal Mail and International orders will be dispatched by Airmail Small Packets.

Non Delivery
​
Occasionally parcels do go astray in the postal system. These are outwith our control and although we understand that this can be frustrating a parcel must be missing for two weeks from dispatch in the U.K. and four weeks for International parcels before we can contact Royal Mail. We ask that our customers wait this length of time before contacting us. We will then be able to dispatch replacements without question.
Returns

In the unlikely event that you change your mind then you can return your items within 14 days, in its original packing and in unused condition for a refund (excluding shipping). If you have a problem with an item purchased then contact us and we will do our utmost to solve any issues to your satisfaction.

We collect personal information from you in our shopping cart system in our online store, verbally over the phone or in an email that you send to us.
